Educational Quote of the Week

“Tell me and I forget.  Teach me and I may remember.  Involve me and I learn.”

~Benjamin Franklin

Happy Sunday Wildcat families!

We hope you are enjoying your weekend and are enjoying the drop in temperature and lovely breeze!

We’d like to take a moment to thank our families for adhering to our closed campus policy, dropping your little ones off at the gate, and not entering campus with them.  As the area in front of the gate can become congested, we ask that if you are waiting to see your child picked up by the teacher, please move to the side of the walkway to allow those students entering the space to do so.  Please do not block the front gate.

Additionally, we’d like to thank all our classroom volunteers!  You help throughout the week is very much appreciated. Please be sure that you follow proper volunteer procedures.  Volunteer time should be prearranged with the teacher at least 24 hour in advance. We ask that volunteers keep to the class they’ve been assigned to volunteer in.  Checking-in with other classes may cause disruptions to instruction, and we’d like to avoid that whenever possible.

The In N Out  PTA fundraiser was a great success!  A HUGE thank you goes out to those families who were able to make it out and join us for a juicy burger.  Your generosity and contributions help PTA support grade level field trips.
